Terms & Conditions of Photo Services

ALL deposit payments are non-refundable

Terms of agreement for photography services are as follows

• A non-refundable deposit payment of 30% Invoice price is required to hold the date requested
• Studio space available with advance notice and will incur an additional fee based on the space.
• Full payment is required within 7 days (before or after) of services rendered
• Any Credit card payments will incur an additional 2.5% transaction fee.
• Refund of balance will only be granted if notification of cancellation is received 7 days prior to date of service.
